26 One Pieces for Stylish Moms

Oh do I have a gift for y'all today. I scoured the Web and found the best one piece bathing suits out there! And I'm picky. I want a bathing suit that makes me feel good. Who doesn't, right? But I also want a suit that allows me to swim and play with my children without fear of spillage, if you know what I mean! ;) All of these finds fit that bill, and the price points vary...so there's something for everyone! Enjoy browsing, and let me know your favorite!

///

You just can't go wrong with classic stripes, and I'm liking the little cutout between the cups.

'Cirana' Textured Bandeau One Piece

///

This bathing suit has gotten the best reviews...it's mostly sold out, but if they have your size, please snag it! Perfection.

One-Shoulder One Piece

///

How sweet is the lace detail?

///

Loving the high neck and the mod pattern.

'Algiers' High Neck One-Piece

///

So fun and bright. A departure for me, as I generally lean towards simple black styles in bathing suits.

Tropical Tribal High Neck Wrap One Piece

///

Pretty and simple. Would be great for those who are smaller chested.

Seaside High-Neck One Piece

///

I'd wear this to the pool then throw on jean shorts and head to lunch!

Flirtatious Ruffle Tummy Control Ruffle Shoulder One Piece

///

If you're self conscious about your tummy, suits like this with ruching hide a multitude of sins!

Beach Cutout Tummy-Control One Piece

///

The neckline is so cool...I don't sun anymore, so I wouldn't be worried about tan lines.

Laser Cut High Neck One Piece

///

This might be one of my favorites. I'm planning on ordering it and will let y'all know what I think!

Leopard Print Cutout One Piece

///

Old Navy has great suits and even better prices. Loving the cutout here.

///

This suit comes in several colors, but I'm partial to the navy.

Anne Cole Twist-Front Bandeau One Piece

///

I like the stripes on this suit because they give the illusion of a smaller waist.

Michael Kors Regatta Striped One Piece

///

Such pretty and feminine embroidery!

///

The ruching on this one is so good.

One Shoulder Solid One Piece

///

I've read nothing but rave reviews about this suit. I love the neon pink!

Twist Front Bandeau One Piece

///

Another version of the one-shoulder one piece but at Old Navy's price point.

///

How cool is this suit? Anthropologie has higher-end suits, but I was able to find several that weren't too outrageous. Love the tie on the hip, too.

///

Such sweet scalloped edges.

///

J.Crew suits are always a good choice for me because most of them come with a tall option. So for those of us with longer torsos, we don't have to worry about them covering only half of our boobs.

///

Very sporty, but I still like it.

Zella One Piece Swimsuit

///

Loving the colors and the thin, double straps.

///

Another sporty suit in black, but the neckline is really cool in my opinion. And Seafolly makes some of the best suits. I have one of their two pieces, and it's an all-time favorite. The quality is outstanding.

///

Sweet and preppy. I kind of want this one too.

///

Another classic black one piece. I wanted to share a lot of simple options only because I know that's what a lot of people like in a suit.

///

So chic and effortless.

Cutout Halter One Piece

///

What do y'all think of my picks? Any favorites? And do tell...did I miss some great brands or some good places to shop for suits? I'm so excited summer is nearly upon us! Hope everyone has a great day...

A Little Bit of This...

How is everyone's week going? My days are so mixed up after the Easter holidays. On that note, I thought I'd start a new post series: A Little Bit of This...(otherwise known as Brain Dump, Stream of Consciousness, ADHD Exposed, Random Bits, etc.). Ha! It'll contain a little bit of everything, and I've already had a lot of fun putting this one together. So, without further adieu...

///

My little ham, Hadley. Is this not the cutest outfit you've ever seen? Details below. And how skinny are her little legs? As my parents used to tell me, "We've got to put some meat on those bones." :)

///

I'm always on the hunt for new TV shows, especially ones that Rob and I can watch together. Any recs? I watch ALL the Bravo shows, and Rob likes The History Channel. Where can we find some common ground? I did recently finish up "Big Little Lies," and how good was it?! I'd read the book, and I loved it as well. And the music from the show...I caught myself frantically Googling almost every song that I didn't recognize. And I found a new favorite: Leon Bridges. If you haven't heard of him, download the song "River" immediately. So.freaking.good.

I've been a big fan of Jen Hatmaker's for years. I'm sure most of you have heard of her, but she's a Christian author, and I feel like a lot of mothers can relate to her. She's hilarious, but she also shares so much wisdom and depth in her writing. Back in the fall (I think it was), she spoke out in support of gay marriage and took a lot of flack from some in the Christian community. LifeWay stopped selling her books; she was abandoned by some "friends." It really tore me up, both for her and for Christians as a whole...and for people who now had even more reason to say, "Why would I want to be a part of that?" Anyway, it was obvious that all of this truly shattered her, and she recently addressed it beautifully in this blog post: My Saddest Good Friday in Memory. It resonated with me in so many ways.

///

Speaking of quirky Christians, I was so stoked that my favorite author ever recently released a new book. Anne Lamott's books have really grown my faith, and I'm loving her newest book so far.

 ///

I'm loving this dress from Old Navy. And it comes in tall, which makes me feel like I need to snag it stat.

///

I've mentioned before, but I'm a self-admitted candle snob. Target has some of my favorites that don't break the bank and still smell fresh and have a long-lasting scent. Which brings me to my newest candle obsession. Y'all...get this candle. If you're a fan of the Nest line, this scent is nearly identical to Blue Garden. The Nest version will set you back $40. The Target version is $12.99. You're welcome!

///

And since we're singing the praises of Target (always. duh.), their Awesome Shop recently shared one of my Instagram photos. What fun! These sandals really are the best, though. You should get some. And they also come in black and white.

So, that's my brain dump for today. I'll leave you with this quote. Hope everyone has a happy Thursday!

Easter Recap

I hope everyone had a happy Easter! We really had a wonderful few days. The girls were off on Good Friday and Easter Monday, and the laid-back days were just what we needed.

On Easter Sunday we went to church and had lunch afterwards with my parents. My mom prepared the yummiest lunch: ham, deviled eggs, potato casserole, corn casserole, buttery rolls, and strawberry shortcake for dessert. I'm still full! ;)

Picture overload below. Does everyone else feel like summer is knocking at the door? Once Easter is over I'm dunzo with school and schedules and am ready for longer days and less routine!

Selfie with my girls. We didn't get a family photo, and I'm kicking myself.

 Hadley's Easter basket.

 Lily's Easter basket.

 Go-time. They woke up so excited!

 They are wild about LOL dolls. Anyone else's girls love those little things?

 Hadley got Ada Twist, Scientist for Christmas, and it's one of her favorite books...Rosie Revere, Engineer is really cute too. I love the message the author delivers.

 I adore Lily's little profile, mostly because it looks the same now as it did on ultrasound pictures when she was still in my belly. Love her little upturned nose.

How great is this capture? The bunny left some Shimmer and Shine genies in their Easter eggs, and they were stoked.

 Ready for church! Both dresses were Target (Cat and Jack) finds! Hadley's shoes are from Target, and Lily's sandals are from Gap Kids.

 My legs are so white...yikes! My dress is from J.Crew, and I got it a few years ago.

 Hunting eggs at Pop and J's house!

 Late afternoon egg hunting in our backyard. They could search for eggs all day long if I let them!

 Hadley rocking some short shorts. Her little legs are just the cutest! :)

So that's our Easter 2017. Hope all my friends had a happy day with their families as well! Did anyone else miss getting a family photo? I loved seeing everyone's on social media and can't believe I spaced. Oh well. Always next year, right? Enjoy your week, friends!
